By accessing and using the Shuimu Biosciences website (www.shuimu.us) and our cryo-EM services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Shuimu Biosciences provides cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) services including but not limited to Single Particle Analysis (SPA), Cryo-ET Tomography, MicroED, data collection, protein production, and related structural biology services. Specific service terms, pricing, and deliverables are outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Shuimu Biosciences and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Proprietary technologies include GraFuture™, modelSMART, eTasED™, and TOTEM.

4. Client Data

All client samples and data remain the property of the client. Shuimu Biosciences maintains strict confidentiality of all client projects under Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Data is stored securely and transferred using encrypted channels.

5. Limitation of Liability

Shuimu Biosciences shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and as specified in individual service agreements.
